re-reading everything i wrote here, this story now sounds very mundane and not that exciting. but i dunno, i just found it really funny in the moment. suppose you just had to be there

the same pacing. so i tried knocking once more two times incase it was just a coincidence. sure enough the same turkey gobbled back twice. i tried again several more times, with different spacing and number of knocks each time. yet the tom turkey repeated the same exact thing everytime!

Mastodon is basically BlueSky+Tumblr, plus the people who run that site actually arent transphobic which is nice. so im probably gonna be using that from now on.
