I remember in my job a particular meeting where the company changed a policy for the absolute worse, and it had an all time low review from users. we had to sit through so many meetings blaming us for it, "you're not being empathetic enough, if you talk just right you can convert the user l"

also, if my experience is similar to theirs, their supervisors etc are probably chewing them alive, as if the operators can do something to appease the public instead of admitting their bs policies are at fault.

- answers such as "illegal adult content", without being able to elaborate what was illegal about it. and even if they do know, answering would put their jobs on the line. again, hope we keep doing this, but I wish the regular worker wasn't the Frontline in this battle

well, the past few years I've been having an unbelievable hard time doing anything at all, regardless if it's productive or for hobby (hence why I almost never draw anymkre for instance), so this explains a lot.
*sigh*

ironically I was actually finally getting asleep, but this kept me awake with a burning fury for quite longer. I'm still pissed at that. the result came in tho, and welp, my sleep is still so unbelievably bad even after septum surgery that my doc was shocked that I function in any capacity at all 🫠
