The world is not made of numbers. Quantifying is something we do TO it. Our emotions shape how we decide to do that, and then what data we over-value and what data we under-value when it comes time to actually make that decision.

One of the specific joys of living in New York are the DELICIOUS outfits fellow subway riders wear. A woman in her 60’s in fishnets and a tailored mini dress? Yum. A guy in a flowing over shirt with embroidered details? Yum yum yum.
