Listen I was one of those people really really hoping for something big in this direct to showcase the worth. But that didn't happen. I think that at this point it's not worth thinking there's still something big hidden in there, because they had the chance to show us something here and didn't

Honestly kind of crazy how much money can become less value as time goes on. We're lucky we stuck to $300 so long tbh. Still though, I think Switch 2 could've done $400 just fine

This is including costumes. Thay being said 84 isn't actually the max, we don't know how many characters (+ costumes) there'll be in the final game yet

Even if other islands wasn't an option I could totally see like a "Woah a storm has hit the island and now everything is WaCkY" or something like that. I feel like people are just thinking purely new tracks and not thinking about how they might do that

Oh yeah for sure. I can't see how anyone could call this an anti-DLC game when it's basically a dlc magnet
