I appreciate the symbolism and theatrics of King Charles' visit. I hope the seemingly tough stance on ending the killing in Gaza isn't also just symbolics and theatre.

Couldn't work out what the tippity tipping noise was outside - turned out to be pellets of freezing rain peppering the newly fallen snow which blankets the thick crust of ice which rests upon the previous storm's snow.

After a months of very idle looking, I found some "no holes" belts that I like, on sale. Apparently I ate every possible calorie in that time period, because I now no longer need a belt with any of these jeans!

As of today I've been concussed for 13 months. I'd love to use that as the reason it took me a day of idle wondering at days of no letters to remember that a postal strike means I don't get mail, but think unconcussed me might have done about the same.

Just typed "gosh darn" and it got corrected to "fish farm". Might just use that: "Fish FARM that's a fine looking glazed ham!"

Wrapped the first of a bunch of book gifts, put on my glasses to write the name on the tag and realized I had used birthday wrapping paper... do I now wrap them all in "Make a Wish!" wrap? What reasoning do I give?

I experience so much joy in the energy between performer and audience. Music, theatre, improv, church, lecture - on stage or in the crowd - that energy between elevates connection for me, rising above the frustration of finding meaning by just spitting words at each other.
