Researching implications of the lifting of the marriage bar for female bank workers in Ireland
The workshop was drawn to a close by excellent insights on writing feminist research and getting published, followed by a roundtable Q&A from Dr. Alexia Panayiotou, Professor Alison Pullen, Dr. Lynne Baxter, and Dr. Ana Lopes.

Creative writing techniques were modelled, and their practical applications as researchers were explored. Our 'found objects' were used to frame our thoughts about who we are as researchers and what our research means to us.

A detailed discussion on how to conduct research traced approaches to the research design, conduct, and analysis of data within the feminist management and organisational space.
