Thanks for the info Greg. I wondered about guying. I'm still in the planning stages, so I'm at least a few months away from digging holes and pouring concrete. I may reference you again and see if you encountered any 'gotchas' or 'good-to-knows' along the way.

Your project using a roof mounted tower is exactly what I have in mind to do. I have a 17.5' and 8' Glen Martin (Carlson) towers. I'd also like to put a K4KIO hex on the 17.5'. What are your concrete base dimensions? What type of push-up mast do you have and where did you purchase?

Nice. My sound card and camera both appear to be working, although that's not important to me either. Looking for ways to incorporate this with a WSPR or APRS setup perhaps.

Yep, there's no end to troubleshooting finicky monitor problems. I just finished working on a Raspberry Pi3 that had no video. I reinstalled the OS and all is good.

Good know. I have an old RPi I need to get back in service, preferably put it back in use in the shack somewhere as well. Have been shopping for a new Pi 5 but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
