Amazing work everyone! At last Monday's PSC hearing we PACKED the room with over 2 hours of public comment! Unbelievable .

And together we submitted over 200 public comments telling the PSC that we don't want40 more years of fossil fuels to support mega data centers and make shareholders profit.

LG&E-KU want to invest billions of dollars in 2 new gas plants to power data centers that are "supposedly" coming to Kentucky. But that's a risk that we can't take.

What's a CPCN and how does it connect to your monthly power bill?

If a utility wants to build a new power plant, first they need approval from the PSC.
Investor-owned utilities are allowed to pass those costs on to ratepayers AND to earn a return on that investment.
