There are deep connection between Taiwan and Ukraine, including challenges like asymmetric warfare & civil preparedness. Both Ukraine and Taiwan value sovereignty, with Taiwan closely monitoring Ukraine's situation.

The word "propaganda" means "to spread." But it’s not all bad,
“white propaganda” is fact-based with sources like a government or organization, aiming to shape public opinion in line with its objectives, white propaganda is transparent about its source, aiming to build credibility and trust.

One sign is at a University in Taiwan, the other outside a village elementary school in Ukraine.

In Taiwan public readiness is framed around natural disaster preparedness..

In Ukraine, war isn’t hypothetical—public communication is blunt and urgent.

I meet up with Emily Wu in Taiwan - she runs Ghost Island Media - she’s one of the voices that is strong enough to be heard outside Taiwan. I leaned from my time in Ukraine that people under threat have to tell their own stories; Emily is doing a great job.
