Eggman has always been a mystery to me. In the archie comics, his motivations are explained to us. I don't think they're canon anymore AND it follows a completely different continuity so it wouldn't fit with modern sonic anyways. I might as well write it since this topic interests me so much lol 3/3

We don't need to know EVERYTHING about what their lives were like before meeting Sonic, but the thing about the Sonic movies I really like is that we get a glimpse into everyone's backstory. 2/3
