After seeing that comment Jillian is now been blocked. Vile, nasty comment. Another one that’s thinks murder is ok if it’s a person they don’t agree with.

I just can’t pretend that some of the things I see are ok. Each to their own but I’m learning alot above people I thought were decent and that I follow and it’s really not for me. I’d like to start again and keep it really small.

My point exactly “he said mean things that I don’t agree with so I’m glad he’s been murdered” not a care for how this will affect his kids and family or all the poor students that witnessed it.

They really have. I don’t follow many journalists but I follow a lot of people who I didn’t realise are very opinionated and those opinions are definitely not for me and I don’t appreciate reading them.

This is the thing….. “well what about when he said this about that group, or didn’t agree with this or that or promoted this belief” Oh, so that makes it ok that someone murdered him in front of a ton of students that are now undoubtedly traumatised and left his family without a husband and father

Thanks Ray. I’ve had a few people suggest to me to just stick to my list and mute a ton of words, maybe block some more. I don’t know what’s best to do. Some people on here, like you I’ve followed for years and many like you. There’s just a few that I’ve come to realise and not my kind of people

I do have a list but still find because it doesn’t stay on that tab and it defaults back to normal TL I see stuff and then I can’t unsee it if you know what I mean. I’d just love to have a locked account. Maybe I’ll have to do some blocking and muting

Yep. I’m shocked at the way some people see the world. They make out they are kind and caring and have empathy with this group and that. They’ve now endorsed murder, gloated over a widow and orphans and not even stopped to think of the PTSD some of those college kids will have because of this.

I couldn’t have worded it better myself. I’m done with it. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but rational discussion here doesn’t seem to be allowed, and now we are endorsing murdering someone if we don’t agree with them and then gloating about it. That’s not for me.

I’ve used this app less and less due to how it’s changed. I’ll miss some of you lot but I get increasingly angry at the hate and anger. My head doesn’t cope. If you’re ever on X my account is the same name with 77 on the end. At least I can lock there. I’m not deleting but I’m having a break.
