I don’t know if this is a hot take, but I’ve always felt Voyager was the weakest of the TNG/DS9/VOY/ENT run.

Ah I thought they just added another set of nacelles onto a standard Oberth saucer/nacelle section. Didn’t realize they scaled it down too.
