Where is the detour? No information about where the detour is. Is it at Centennial College? There's no signage or anyone indicating a detour here and people have been waiting 20-30 minutes for a bus. 903 is operating in and out of the college. What's the issue?

So is this where the planning authority that an agency like TfL would be useful for the TTC? And any suggestions on who to connect with to make a planning suggestion for a transit signal?
