Perhaps the model and expectations need to change because it’s fundamentally flawed, this was going to happen at some point. We don’t house, feed or care for the people in supposed rich countries or allow migration between countries to help even out population disparity and spur economic growth.

This is entirely why healthcare shouldn’t be done by for-profit institutions. When you put $ above people it does nothing but hurt people, when they make $ and when they fail to.

When an executive order that has national impact is being reviewed for its adherence to the Constitution lower court judges should absolutely be able to apply a nationwide injunction. If the scope of the order in question is national than the injunction should have the same scope.

No, a billion times no. People do not want this and they do not need this. You can’t just make things for the sake of making them with no consideration to the risks, impacts and consequences.

If you took two seconds to look at comments or idk actually asked people before writing this a huge chunk of people myself included stopped shopping there because Target chose to remove their DEI policies.
