Why was Voldemort able to moan while casting spells (Avada Kadavra) and have them work, but when Ron Weasley says Wingardium Leviosa wrong nothing happens? Could the wands not understand certain accents? Why is moaning the spell ok, but mispronouncing it not? This needs more research.
