It also looks like the weird alcohol based staining that professional fake blood has, seeping into the cracks/wrinkles in the surface of the skin, it’s in small thin points, real blood doesn’t move like that. It doesn’t sit on your skin like that. I wish I could describe what I mean better

Saw a movie special effects makeup artist explain several factors including that this is exactly what blood capsules look like, & there’s no wound whatsoever to the ear. The blood is too pink also 🤷🏻‍♀️ whole thing reeks of shenanigans.
