Seriously? McConnell has contorted precedent and ethics to benefit Trump in order to hold on to power. Murkowski and Collins have broken my heart myriad times with their pathetic and cowering capitulation; most recently with their talk about the Jan 6 pardons. All three of them are complicit AF.

I don't know why this is bugging me (except that I love this book), but y'all know in the title it's spelled Sematary, right? Not being pedantic -- it's part of the pathos of the story, that it was children memorializing their pets that brought this all to fruition.
