I would offer to buy them a drink and sit down and get to know them, and chat them up a bit. Im more on the blunt side, but its not a rude blunt, more of a casual blunt. Don’t like to mince words. At the end of the conversation and drinks I offer her a ride home and if she accepts. Drop her off.
