those are things that'll get easier with time, so in the mean while just have fun
if you're really really struggling I wouldn't suggest pushing through and stressing yourself out, but instead find a photo to trace or something yk (that'll help you learn anyway while also making it fun)

real talk tho learning to have fun is the first step to actual improvement in my experience, also watch some art content :) there's this channel called drawfee that's really entertaining and they make it look so easy

cry and then throw all those ideas of what makes art 'good' to the wind
forget lineart or rendering, take your messiest brush and go ham and like it EVEN if it doesn't look right
