¡Cuidado! No estoy necesariamente en desacuerdo con esa afirmación, y realmente fue por política y no geografía. Pero el horario es más que longitud- en concreto también influye la latitud. Las imágenes muestran el terminador (límite entre noche y día) en invierno. No es tan simple como la longitud.

Wikimedia http requests (2025-05-08) on frontend by time of day. It shows Wikipedia's extra traffic, starting from the "white smoke" and peaking short after the name annoucement at 719 thousands requests per second, due to the extra traffic from people around the world checking Wikipedia info all at the same time. Timezone is UTC.
