The day hasn’t even had an honest chance to begin and I’ve already written it off. I hate living and feeling like this.

I had a single day worth of relative peace and serenity. For what felt like a small grain of sand worth of time all of the exhaustion was washed away from my body and soul. Upon seeing how I looked in the mirror this morning i was already making ghastly facial expressions.

Ultimately, what does that imply about me that I constantly lose or become at risk of losing people I consider close over the one instance I decide to speak up for something I don’t agree with.

I never ask for the world, let alone anything less. Anyone who knows me will tell you that. Why am I being painted as someone who needs to be pampered the moment that I ask for one thing.

When I speak up for myself and others, or against someone else. 9/10 it’s because I care and want to nurture and build moving forward. I don’t understand how this is being fundamentally misunderstood time and time again.
