I thought I was already reading from it daily when I read my daily news feed

If there's anything Trump should have taught politicians, one's work most definitely does not just speak for itself.

You have to thump your chest.

Where in California?

I'm guessing that companies like UnitedHealthcare and Aetna didn't contribute to the ballroom.

Also, many are eating a lot of the tariff costs to avoid losing customers while hoping the tariffs will get TACO'd, but that can't go on forever.

Entrepreneurs spend lots of time working through tariff uncertainty; time that could have been spent working on efficiency and attracting new customers.

People voted against Harris because they thought she wouldn't do what she promised

People voted FOR Trump because they thought he wouldn't do what he promised

The smartest bubble companies in the 90s knew their real (limited) value and used their considerable assets and valuations to buy "real" companies. I liked to call such companies Big Empty Tents that they filled with real companies.

A guy named Obama focused on deporting violent immigrants and recent immigrants who bypassed the rules while working on legal status for those here a long time, starting with those who came as kids.

Though many in his camp disagreed, seems he was pretty popular overall.

Of course not. But it would have kept him from making things far worse pushing to repeal and we'd be back to where insurance would drop a small company if they didn't take the kid with leukemia whose parent works there off the plan.

He hates anything "Obama", so take that out of the equation.

Excellent work on his floor on the economy. He's already lost those who thought he'd only go after violent criminals and pardon non-violent J6ers. As you say, to go below that would be something that further erodes his base with something like starting a war with Venezuela or stonewalling on Epstein

I said in 2017 that if they just took the existing ACA and renamed it "TrumpCare", he'd be all for it.

You can rig your elections for partisan reasons any time you want, but you can only do it for racial reasons within 2 years of the next congressional election

Even if you go with the stated $1000/car savings (on an average $50,000 new car), how long would it take to lose that savings back in having to buy more fuel due to lower fuel mileage? Pretty sure a lot sooner than the length of an average car loan.

💯There's a pretty wide gulf between "Would you use this?" and "Would you pay to use this?".

Thank you for your work in exposing the tyranny of one-dimensional left-right political discourse.

They need to give him a bigger gold bar than the guys from Switzerland gave him, a week before he lowered tariffs on their products.
November 19, 2025 at 10:46 PM
I swear if the GOP would take the current ACA with enhancement and release the exact same thing and call it "TrumpCare", it would pass.
