a very cute looking biome (which is right next to a woodland mansion lol)

my framerate is fine, just the actual world generation itself is really laggy

which makes sense given how much i am throwing at my pc lmao

i also found out that my pc is not strong enough to handle loading chunks in a timely manner. i have to wait a decent chunk of time before new chunks load in front of me the further out i go

glad im planning a new pc build because i could definitely use the upgrade for this

i have never played mc with world gen mods like this before so its all so new to me, and i feel like i have the wonder of a child discovering so many new exciting things because i keep seeing amazing looking biomes everywhere i go

this may just be one of my world gen mods, but i SWEAR that right next to my spawn is both a bastion and a fortress. its hard to see because of my shaders, but if that is what i think it is, i got SO fucking lucky ohmygod

i wont be able to tackle that until much later on, but i got so lucky its that close by

furthermore, i have been venturing out to distant lands to find a suitable place to start a home, and on the way i found a lava pool. made a nether portal (need to sharpen my quick portal skills) to see my spawn

DAY 1:

spawned pretty close to a village which had a lot of new buildings and a LOT of good stuff i stole. a bunch of enchantment books, a lot of bread, some ores, you name it.

not only that, i found out, thanks to the minimap, that there is a trials chamber really close by in a mine

i am using journeymap as well so the map is gonna stay updated! (still need to figure out if i can share it without doxxing myself)
