I think I understand your argument, but I’m not sure the difference between a 30 and a 50 is enough reason to steer people away from a product that may allow them to own a home versus renting.

Not sure I understand your logic. Very few 30 year mortgages run to term, instead averaging less than 10 years before payoff through sale or refi. No reason that would differ with a longer nominal term. Discriminatory interest rates/terms can also occur with any loan.

Honestly, the documentary was/is an excellent piece of storytelling. It might have come to nothing if there was not a compelling story to tell. The people are the real draw. They are consistently down to earth, while still gobsmacked about what has happened in their town. Generous to a fault.

W2W led to listening to the commentary crew, which led me to watch the matches for the commentary, which led me to visit Wrexham with my family, which led to making multiple trips to Wrexham so I could spend lots of money while gaining friends in Wrexham and the best sporting experiences of my life.

It certainly wasn't because they were worried about making the survey shorter. It just went on and on...and on.
