@elizabeth-warren.bsky.social Texas, for example, only allows $75 a month to be kept by residents of nursing homes from our social security. That's not enough to do anything with for those of us who aren't elderly and stuck in such a place. Please consider helping this be changed nationwide.

@elizabeth-warren.bsky.social only have to be in such a place for physical reasons, would greatly benefit from keeping more of the money every month to live on and enjoy. I know the money is supposed to help pay for the nursing home, but that shouldn't come at the cost of our enjoyment of life.

@elizabeth-warren.bsky.social reasonable amount of the money. We shouldn't have to go with almost nothing, even if we are stuck in nursing homes. I can see those who are mentally ill or otherwise unstable or have dementia not needing the money personally, but those of us who are mentally sound and

@elizabeth-warren.bsky.social of us who live in nursing homes only get to keep a very small portion of our social security checks every month and the amount varies by state. I would like you to either author or support legislation that would let those of us in nursing homes to keep more of a

@elizabeth-warren.bsky.social I just read about new Social Security legislation you are backing that would provide a "monthly boost" for the first 6 months of 2026. This is lovely, but I have a request, hoping that your staff gives this message to you if you don't read it yourself. Currently those

@halsparks.com There's now a rumor saying that Barron Trump is gay and he's either having an affair with Peter Thiel, Lindsay Graham, or some as yet unknown old man, because apparently Barron has a "grandpa" fetish.

@famousmales.bsky.social I guess I'm the last one to find out that website is gone. I was there almost from the start, I think. I am kind of shocked.

@bsky.app There seems to be at least a regional problem as I can't get the Discover area/section to load.

@halsparks.com actually happen because even those on our side wouldn't allow it, I think. I just wanted to hear if you have any thoughts on such a thing. If we ever get rid of the EC, I wonder if we might need monitoring from somewhere as long as the GOP exists once they lose national power.

@halsparks.com When you get back to where your livestreams are stable, if you can take a few minutes, I'd like to hear your thoughts, and I might not be the only one, on the idea of having an independent body come into the US and institute a monitoring system to our elections. I know it won't

I'm not sure any of my followers can help with this, but I'd appreciate any ideas you have. There was a show on when I was a kid, probably reruns on educational TV, that had both live kids and marionettes. The marionettes had ball shaped cheeks, big eyes, dark noses, and bad wig type hair. Some

@halsparks.com misogynist and obviously, really, has no other intention or meaning. There is something to be said for confronting such speech and countering it, but I don't see how it can truly be obliterated from humanity if it has zero consequences legally at all.

@halsparks.com You don't have to take show time to talk about if you don't want to, of course, but there's something I need help understanding, honestly. I understand the freedom of speech protects things we think are offensive. My problem comes in when speech is obviously bigoted, racist, or

@halsparks.com I can't believe Charlie Kirk is dead. The other day when I asked you about how if all of the GOP were to just be gone/be done away with, I was just fantasizing trying to deal with the frustration. This is insane.

@halsparks.com Charlie Kirk was shot at an event in Utah! No, I'm not joking.

@halsparks.com How do you learn to deal with incrementalism and the fact that, even though it makes things last in the long run, so many of us will never live long enough to see anything permanently properly change in the US? Some days, I simply want to expel all right-wing religious zealots from
