Problem with the DNc is that they have empowered them in their pursuit of the younger vote. Now they have to either expel them and loose votes for a while or embrace them and take an even sharper turn left.

The Dems need to revisit what their party stands for, is it a socialist party, communist party or a party that tries to help social issues within the confines of a Capitalist system. Then and only then can a leader emerge and allow those who disagree to flee to independent or Republican Party

What are you saying? what She did was buy a multi family home with 5 homes or more in one and designated it as a 1-4 family home. The loan rules state that anything more than a 4 family building is 1. An investment and 2 had higher interest rates associated with the loan.

You leave out the designation of the property as a 1-4 home property when it was more. That designation alone reduces the overall interest rate cheating the taxpayers

Nope. Thats not what it does. It keeps funding at the levels that Biden imposed. The “funding” you reference are Covid era credits which sunset per the democrat written inflation reduction act.

The republicans in the house passed a CR to fund the govt - they passed it almost 2 weeks ago. The senate dems won’t vote for it.

CBP has a job that is different from ICE. Your arguments are becoming ridiculous. ICE is doing the work to remove those here illegally that the prior administration allowed in unfettered. The current administration provided everyone with an opportunity to self deport via CBP-HOME app.

There is a judicial process and if someone’s due process or constitutional rights have been violated they have the ability to sue. Happened with Kilmer Abrego and in the end he is going to be deported again. If someone is scooped up and shouldn’t be we have a vast group of defnse attorneys available

You can’t have a hearing unless the person is detained. Thats like saying the police can’t arrest me for violating a law without first having a hearing. They see me punch someone and they have to wait for a hearing before they can arrest me - come on

Also when I was in the usvi flying home 3 separate times in the past 7 years they check passports from us citizens and prefer that you bring a passport rather than just a drivers license

If she had a valid visa and passport then the detention at the airport in the USVI would have been quick. But she didn’t did she.

Well when the prior administration defunds the agency and fails to hire judges and instead just releases everyone into the interior pending a hearing that’s what you get. A backlog and full detention centers. It’s really not difficult. Done come here illegally.

It’s called walking a chewing gum at the same time. She was caught entering the country illegally. Taken into custody and yes before she had her hearing her heart gave out. Very sad but the heart going out wasn’t ICEs fault and it would have happened in Haiti based on her health

So she entered the country illegally and was being detained when her heart gave out and died. Thats ICE’s fault why? She made the choice to enter the USA illegally and was caught. That’s what ICE is supposed to do
