And that holds even if his fulfillment of the conditions is unlikely. It actually seems optically dangerous for the board to propose this in the current situation. Do they think this will bring back Tesla's fortunes after EM led his hacker team in the evisceration of our civil service?

The rich & the corporate structure are enticed on board by tax cuts, & warned by example of punitive actions if they don't cooperate, while tariffs move more of the people's money into regime coffers. The mafia system tries to engraft itself onto the corporate structure, for the graft.

These essential systems are now being disrupted in the US & its international connections, forcing society's attention to vital processes, while the disruptors seek to institute a mafia-capo system of loyalty & tribute at the center of a co-opted oligo-plutocracy. It is not of, by & for the people.
