Provide a list of the names of those illegal immigrants who are the worst of the worst - (the ones they say they are going after… ) , secure an arrest warrant, and the Minneapolis police will gladly go get them. Violently grabbing and arresting (at minimum, prove you are a citizen) is disgusting
