For anyone who wants to know, like I did, those images were captured by JWST's NIRCam(Near infrared camera), and that's why they glow like that.

The amount of things? Correct, there's way too many.
The size of them? No, just no.
You wouldn't be able to see any of those because they aren't the size of whole cities.
