And the worst part of all this is that readers use these statements on social media as concrete arguments, but Steve is clearly unaware of the tradition of the Elder Gods and the very nature of the gods/demons in Marvel comics.

I ask for forgiveness. Anyway, I'm right about that.

Ok, but why would the standards interfere in any way in the Elder-Gods' relationship with cosmic entities? What is being told by McNee may be confusing for you to understand, so I think this is simpler to understand:

It's sad to see a writer with such reach saying something like this, how is Chthon born on earth when there are countless quotes saying that he is born before creation? Sir, the ancients are just reborn in another form within creation, but they exist before that.

Sir, nothing you said changes the context. McNee observes the patterns of reality as the number “4”, because the “cornerstones of creation” are 4 artifacts created by the Elder Gods and are NECESSARY for reality to function. This is in the second image, you apparently ignored it.

Sir, that statement is confusing. For example in “Mystic arcana”, a series of comics published in 2007; the Elder-Goes are pillars responsible for creating the four essential entities for all reality (Eternity, infinity, Oblivion and death). And the chthon is responsible for Oblivion.
