My first exposure to HK cinema was probably Rumble in the Bronx, to be honest, but I fell in love with it c/o an amazing double screening 20 years ago of Fate of Lee Khan and The Valiant Ones in Adelaide, just stunning on the big screen. I blame Alison for my continuing King Hu obsession.
