Death Scrollers Anonymous - There's a setting in iPhone/iPads for time limiting selected apps across your Apple mobile devices. I have a 20m/day limit on FaceBook and YouTube combined. I always visit Bsky 1st, and never hit the FB/YT 20m limit.
