Went to the Capitol for the viewing in state of President Carter, extra-tranquil in the snow.
The only admin (per Eizenstat’s biography) to have a WH special assistant for consumer affairs, and the one that enacted CRA and EFTA.
May we continue to strive for a government as good as its people…

Black Friday working on the railroad!
Last week, I was thrilled to be back at the Treasury Department to hear Secretary Yellen, CFPB Director Chopra, and others set out a vision for financial inclusion.
Progress made… and so very much that still needs to be done to have a financial system that works for everyone.
