Trying to have space for finding new stuff in development, programming, PHP, agile, etc. without too politics.
We always want to see some code example from applicant. And as quite often they do not have any good code to show, we give coding task to prepare beforehand. I know it is also not popular, but it tells us more than just questions and can show quite a lot. And I hate live coding during interviews :)
