Finally get down to delivering a workshop in Singapore on osteoporosis and Pilates - a topic that is so close to heart due to family history. So many times, I witnessed unsuspecting practitioners of yoga and Pilates with brittle bones performing dangerous movements. #responsibilityasamovementteacher
