By the way, this was benchmarked against DIA-NN 1.8 (published 4.5 years ago). For the FDR benchmarks on DIA-NN, the authors generated a library with 100% FDR, then searched some raw data against this library and found that the resulting FDR was not controlled at 1% 🤷
