Some form of Meditation appears to be an important feature of many religions/belief systems. Maybe this is because it focuses our attention on something other than the world rather than the one we have created for ourselves. and believe that it’s the only world there is.

One thing we can do to help stay sane while living in the internet world is try to know as many people around us in the physical (Real) world as we know online.

1 of 2 on AI - Just look at look at where their logic leads. They assume that artificial intelligence will fix everything, but it cannot effectively replicate human’s, needs, creativity, other aspects that make humanity unique. It will be a really long time before that happens, if ever.

These lies will end up causing a chain of events that will destroy every one and every thing.

2 of 2 It made them question their most fundamental perceptions and started to think that truth was arbitrary. It allowed people that were on the fence morally to think their lowest impulses were ok now.

We are looking at religion all wrong. We have made assumptions on assumptions of interpretations based on stories. We get lost in those assumptions and end up creating a god that looks like it came from us rather than actually from the Force that is Nature's creator .
