I completely agree with you. We certainly need to get tougher and meaner, but right now almost half the country believes Biden is the bad guy. Him not allowing a peaceful transfer of power to happen just supports that. They need to see first hand what Trump is.

Right now a very large percentage of our population believes that Biden is the bad guy and Trump is a savior. They have to see with their own eyes that they've been duped.

Comparing Kamala's numbers to Biden's might not really be fair. The 2020 election had record-breaking turnout, and even then only 66% of the eligible voters actually cast a ballot. The question we should be asking is what sparked them to participate then, and why did they forget?

With mass deportations America has done in the past, we've had more American citizens deported than illegals, so this is a real possibility.

My dad died of Covid. Having to FaceTime our goodbyes will haunt me for the rest of my life, especially when he hung on for two more days.

And once their "hardship" period is over, I'm willing to bet we are far worse off than we are right now. It might not feel like it, because after living that long in bad conditions, it doesn't take much to think you're doing great.
