opened up bluesky just to see your thoughts. I had forgotten this chart went as low as it does, and this scenario would look great on a power law chart when it's all said and done (slow grind up the hill).

Do you post on nostr or anywhere else?

Thanks for posting this. Seeing celebrity memecoins proliferate is concerning. US politicians from both parties failing to differentiate these scams from btc is concerning as well, though I suppose that may have been wishful thinking.

Give me some moisture sensors and a smart toilet and my team can automate that

Unfortunately there is no good UX on a telephone (other than a human, which is also hit or miss tbh), I wouldn't blame the providers so much as the companies that obscure/limit access to customer service agents

I agree with you 100% on that. All the indicators were flashing.

I find a lot of these comparisons depend a lot on how you characterise the previous cycle. Cut short due to FTX, or a dead cat bounce that just barely went to an ATH?

To be fair, I think most people would be shocked to find out the sheer amount of coke-fueled oligarchs there are

the inside screen is very safe when closed. I don't baby my phone at all, I've dropped it a few times, usually closed. I think dropping it face down while open on a hard surface may cause damage. Anyway I do think it's innovative, Samsung does well with it, OnePlus also, Apple will get in eventually

I have daily driven 3 foldables. They are way more durable in current iterations than they are given credit for. About 18 months and my inner screen is in better condition than the glass outer screen. I agree about computers, though I hope that will change soon.

The 45" LG UltraGear that is 21:9 is pretty cool, they may have a newer version of it but it's a great size

Unfortunately any new hardware with interesting/innovative form factors get immediately ridiculed online, called pointless, and eventually cancelled. Consumers really don't like change until you force it on them.

E.G. Folding phones are still not taken seriously, and they've been great for 3 years.

The heads of the old spinny HDDs were very noisy. They also broke easier. That is kind of a nostalgic sound though I had nearly forgotten.
