Since it's World Kindness Day, I wanted to share a short post on how the kindness of strangers changed my life.

This year has really pushed my boundaries and tested me which sucked but I also ended up learning a lot from it. There were a lot of moments which felt overwhelming and that helped create this post about how to manage anxiety when you feel overwhelmed. I hope it helps anyone else out there also struggling with this.

Anyway, I woke up and stretched my arms as I usually do but because I was still sleepy I stretched them a little too much. Six Word Story: Conformity- the price paid for acceptance. About This Six Word Story: I haven't shared a six word story in quite a while so I thought I would share this one today. It randomly came to me as I was scrolling through social media the other day. I find myself spending less and less time on other platforms apart from WordPress.

Some of you may have noticed my absence from WordPress for the last few days. I have been trying to post more regularly and consistently for the last couple of weeks but with Diwali and New Years coming up I got preoccupied. And had guests coming over so I let real life take the front seat for now. For those of you that might not know, this week has been Diwali and New Years.

As you guys know, my parents and I have been through a lot in the last few months so I haven't had the time to go out much. However, I did go out in July and realised I hadn't shared that post yet so I decided to do that today. We visited a newly opened (at the time) restaurant located at the Gem Forest Hotel.
