Considering going to a repair shop, but i don't know when would be a good time nor if id have nearly enough money considering recent cuts on some things (thank the president for that) so frankly im just hoping that i can figure out what exactly the problem is.

ok but for more context, on the above mentioned,
im getting an error for an unexpected_store_exception on the bluescreen. Checking the disk results in a "Bad system Config"
ive been trying alot of things but after about a day it bluescreens with mild errors throughout.
