Whenever someone says to me "you can't do that" or "it doesn't work/go like that" or anything to the sort I take it as a challenge. Not (only) because I'm stubborn but because I like a good challenge and proving people wrong, while staying humble and admitting I was wrong if things don't go my way.

Yhden roska on toisen aarre. Miljardöörit tuntuvat vaan hamstraavan roskaa kun taas tavan tallaaja pyrkii hyödyntämään täysin ja uusiokäyttämään tämän "roskan".

The underlying message is that, if we don't change the fundamentals of our society first, we can't have things like "free money" or "fully automated luxury communism". We have to become communist first before we can desire those things, otherwise someone powerful will just use it for their own gain.

In one Star Trek episode a plotline like this happened. A planets citizens asked for a replicator so they could become communist, but they weren't given one. The reason being that the federation in Star Trek had to become communist first before being able to use the replicator so as to not abuse it.

I mean in a way your carbon footprint continues after your death if you procreate. Your kids carbon emissions wouldn't have happened if they never existed. Just saying.

Siirryin Win7 -> Win10 vasta kun oli pakko, kun jotkut ohjelmat ja pelit eivät suostuneet toimimaan 7:lla tuen puutteen vuoksi, ja kun kasasin uuden koneen, jolla ei 7 enää pyörinyt. Tämä oli 2021. Jatkan samaan malliin 10 kanssa ja kun on pakko luopua, siirryn omenaan tai Linuxiin. Win11 en koske.

Drinking water is treated and purified with chemicals though. Best to drink water from the nearest still water source that smells like shit. That way you know it's not been tampered with and it's all natural.

Honestly, even though it would be heartbreaking to have no contest, at least one hosted by the winning country, it would still be the better choice ethically and morally. It would hurt yes, but it would hurt less than having Israel in the contest.

Same guy also told me that nowadays car companies can render your car unusable from distance if they don't like you doing repairs or modifying it yourself in any way. He explained it to me like in Switch 2 terms: You may own the hardware, but the software is licensed (ECU, TCU, infotainment etc).

I know a guy who works for Google as well. Told me to only buy Apple products but not to trust those either, and to buy a pre-2014(?) car and take care of it and keep it as long as possible, because newer cars have non-optional trackers, satellite and mobile network connection etc. Very humble dude.

Ihan löytyy euron vitamiinipurkeistakin varashälyttimiä meikän lähilidlist. 🙄 Mut sit vegaanisissa pihvinkorvikkeissa yms ei ole vaikka maksavat jopa 10e. Vissiin oletettu ettei kukaan niitä haluaisi varastaa.
