Locust Grove Estate has some tranquil walking trails that are free to trek. Cascade flow could have been stronger, but it had not rained in a while. I would do this one again just for how calm it is to explore. #locustgrove #poughkeepsie #newyorkstate #walkingtrails #nature

Been on a lot of local adventures this summer. It felt good to be online less and more present with life in general. Got to visit the Storm King Art Center back in July. I do recommend walking the entire sculpture park if you got the energy for it. #stormking #hudsonvalley #art #museum

I just completed the main story for AstroBot! It was a lot of fun, and the secret levels were a good challenge. I plan to go return to it at some point to find all the bots. If you grew up playing PlayStation games, give AstroBot a shot. Lots of nostalgic gems and themes. #Astrobot #gamingsky

Finished Kena:Bridge of Spirits and enjoyed the game so much. Loved the overall message in the story, and the rots are fun to find. There were some issues I had with the combat style. Boss fights could be better clarified, too. Overall, it's a good game, and I recommend it. #gaming #kena #ps5

Tackled Bull Hill a.k.a Mt. Taurus over the weekend. 1,350 ft of elevation. 5.5 miles. Challenging hike due to the steepness and rocky terrain. Making it to the top for the breathtaking views was worth it. #hiking #hudsonvalley #newyorkstate #nature

During the past few weeks, I been focused on self-care while going through exhausting medical appointments to monitor the cysts in my breasts: MRI, sonogram, blood test, etc. Great news: the cysts are shrinking! Left side still needs monitoring, but the right is almost completely clear. No cancer!

Yesterday, the sky blessed us with double rainbows! Had not seen a rainbow in years, and I took the moment to enjoy the view despite cold raindrops falling on me. Love that this happened on Pride Month, too! In all the chaos, there are small pockets of peace.
