It’s ALIEN: ROMULUS release day! Picked up the 4K UHD from HMV, featuring a lovely matte slipcover with spot gloss highlights on the facehugger. Looking forward to watching this on the home theatre.

I’m aware these transfers have been controversial, but I’m keen to see for myself how they stack up and hopefully just enjoy them for what they are. The new Dolby Atmos soundtrack remixes should pack a punch, which I’m looking forward to diving into.
