That Nintendo Direct was absolutely amazing! Fire Emblem next year is great, new Mario Tennis, Mario Galaxy 2, Switch 2 editions of games, loads of new Pokemon things, Hades 2 release date, and much more in this direct. It really solidifies my Switch 2 purchase and so excited for more games coming.

Well, it is finally complete. Kingdom Hearts 2 is absolutely amazing and I always love playing it. I have been getting the Platinum trophies on all of the games recently and KH2 is complete. I am glad to be done with certain things I could never beat before, and I am proud of what I accomplished.

Rayman in the Phantom Show (DLC 3 of Mario Rabbids Sparks of Hope) was really fun, albeit a bit shorter than I hoped. Rayman was well crafted in the game from his opening area to how you use him to solve puzzles and fight enemies. The final boss wasn’t a shocker but was still fun. Sad it’s over.

Another game completed in 2025. This time Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble. The game was pretty solid overall and a lot of fun with many of the worlds. Some of the later levels seriously ticked me off, but were a good challenge. The game does have a lot of content, especially multiplayer stuff.

Finished up South of Midnight yesterday. The game was a blast to play from the wonderful art style, outstanding music, good voice acting and characters, and a fairly fun gameplay loop.
I stopped trying for all collectibles close to the end of the game since there was too many.

Another game done from my large backlog. El Paso Elsewhere has a great visual style and great music (when it doesn’t bug out completely). The gameplay is fun but the encounters definitely get boring after a while. Story is unique.
The game has so many issues on PS5 though it’s hard to recommend.

Yesterday, I decided to play Onimusha 1 HD. Never could finish the game back on the PS2 but it was pretty good overall. It definitely shows its age with basic gameplay and a messy camera but still was fun to play with the combat and puzzles.
Got an A rank at the end, and I’m very happy with that!

I beat Aaero 1 a few nights ago. Interesting game where you control a ship and you have to fight enemies and follow a flight path. My favorite part of the game definitely is the music, but the game as a whole was pretty decent. Some stages were better than others. I finished normal difficulty.

Another game completed last night was Ducktales Remastered. I never played the original game, but this remaster was a blast to play from the voice acting, music, art style, and more. This IP and franchise was from my childhood and I will always love it. Not always the easiest game, but still fun!

Rain on Your Parade is an absolute funny and crazy game where you are a rain cloud and cause mayhem to humans and animals. The game was a breath of fresh air where it was just fun. The gameplay had a lot of variety from stealth, adventure, tactics, and much more! It's kinda like Untitled Goose Game!
