I saw someone say scientists are fleeing to Canada. While the brain drain is real, perhaps at least us poor Americans can get decent weather data from Canadians. In fact, we might be able to already but we have a good NWS (for now), so why bother?

Considering the present includes universal healthcare and a focus on EVs/green energy, among other things, I'd say I'm good with that.

Every headline is incredibly discouraging. My optimism for the future is dying. I have yet to be deeply and personally affected but that feels like saying "I'm tied to the tracks but the train ain't come along yet." I'm yelling from the rooftops: this. is. bad. AND NOBODY AROUND ME SEEMS TO GET IT.
Let's deport 700,000 taxpayers and make sure others in their situation don't pay taxes. It's brilliant!
