Oh the judging! It has become so ingrained. And the impugning of motive, for the littlest of things. These things have to be eroding trust at every level in ever increasing ways.

I picked up and put down A Prayer for Owen Meany, probably 5 times. It just wouldn't take - until it did, probably 3 years later. I finished the read on some rocks by the ocean in NS. I cried, because it was over. Still one of my favourites! Happy reading!

My sense is that folks that get that angry over a sign, get angry over anything. To some degree, I feel sorry for people that are so mad; I can't imagine there is a lot of happiness in their lives. I just don't get it when there is so much to be happy/grateful for in this life.
