In a thread about the Yuuzhan Vong in the Star Wars expanded universe. Friendly reminder that the Galactic Empire was a direct allegory for the Nazis in WW2.
The Yuuzhan Vong were first introduced in 1999. I’m sure there’s no direct comparison to American Conservatives at all.

A student was moving in during our walk, and Winston had an infatuation for a Toad plushie in one of her baskets. She let him have it because “I was going to donate it or throw it out anyway”. He hasn’t stopped carrying it around all day. I hope she knows how happy she made him 🥹🥹
