Back in the early 2000’s a classmate recommended Ricolla’s Green Tea and
Echinacea sugar free lozenges. They have been my go to ever since. I went to six places today to buy some. No one had them. Came home and duckduckgoed the company. Buggers have stopped making them. Not pleased.

Vaxxed against Covid and flu on Wednesday. That night I went to bed and slept 12 hours and was still feeling rough until 4 pm Thursday when every levelled out.

I was looking forward to today for weeks. I am now vaxxed against Covid and the Flu. I barely felt the flu shot and did not feel a thing with the Covid shot. The person who administered them was skilled. Hooray for science.
