If for some reason, the sane part of society hasn’t been able to remove the orange stain before 3 yrs are up, I’m not sure we are talking only 3 more years. The clown is building a bunker under the ballroom and naming everything after himself. He’s not planning on leaving.

Earlier I said Sec of State but I meant Speaker of the House. It was right in my head. In any case, SOH only becomes Pres if President and VP are removed for any reason at the same time.

That’s only about the President position. If something happened to both President and VP at the same time then SOH takes over. If something happens to all three at the same time then it goes to the president Pro Tem of the senate. I believe.

Not how it works. If the VP needs to step in to become President, the VP appoints his new VP which Congress has to approve. Secretary of State is third in line of succession if something happens to the president and vp.
